Todd's Services, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Landscape Designer to meet with clients, assess outdoor living needs, and bring visions to life through thoughtful design.

You will collaborate with our in-house CAD team on 2D/3D drawings, provide expert advice and quotes, and help create pricing estimates and contracts for a range of project sizes. This role requires 3–5 years of landscape or construction experience and a passion for blending beauty with function.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in landscape or construction.
• Ability to meet with clients, diagnose site conditions, and design comprehensive outdoor solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with drainage, retaining walls, decks, concrete, irrigation, and related services.
• Construction expertise with ability to sketch or draft to scale; CAD team assists with final artwork.
• Proven track record of $1M+ in annual sales and ability to manage complex projects.

About the Role

As a Landscape Designer at TSI, you'll meet with clients, assess their outdoor living needs, and bring their visions to life through thoughtful design. You'll have the support of our in-house 2D and 3D computer drafting team — so you can focus on customer relationship and design intent, not just the technical drawings, if that's what you prefer.

All client leads are pre-screened and qualified before they reach you, so you can concentrate on what you do best: creating stunning, functional outdoor environments that inspire, and advising clients on solving outdoor challenges. You'll see a wide range of both small- and large-scale projects; some requiring significant design work, others just your expert advice and a quote.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in the landscape or construction industry
• Strong ability to meet with clients, diagnose site conditions, and design comprehensive outdoor solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A passion for creating exceptional landscapes that blend beauty and function
• Hands-on experience beyond design and plant knowledge; inclusive of drainage, retaining walls, decks, concrete, erosion control, irrigation, and similar services
• Construction expertise with only minimal design experience is welcome, as long as you can sketch or draft to scale, measure grades, etc. — our CAD team can assist in handling the final artwork
• A proven track record of $1M+ in annual sales, with the ability to successfully manage complex projects and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment
