LandCare is seeking a high-impact professional to join our team in Chicago, IL, reporting to the Branch Manager and Production Manager. You will manage existing client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and identify networking opportunities within the landscape industry to grow LandCare’s client base and market presence.

You will drive client proposals, contracts, and recommendations aligned with client objectives, while coordinating between client expectations and production

Responsabilités

• Client Service and Retention: Drive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding the individual needs of our customers and the spaces that bring them joy and peace
• New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining business relationships with existing customers and pursue new relationships through authentic relationship building
• Professional Development: Participate in programs that focus on building operational excellence and engage in networking and growth opportunities through our Women's Initiative Network
