Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate land/entitlement opportunities for development projects.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to secure permits and land use entitlements.
  • Negotiate agreements with landowners and stakeholders.
  • Support economic justification and data gathering for feasibility studies.
  • Assist with market research and project analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and conduct policies.
