The role involves setting SOWs, providing back office support, supporting bids and project execution, establishing POs, and ensuring timely vendor payments, while adhering to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project management and setting SOW for projects.
• Provide back office support.
• supporting the bid process & project execution.
• Establishing PO’s and requisitions.
• Ensuring timely payments to vendors.
• Standard reporting and analytics for the team.
• Developing standard work for processes across the team.
• Interacting with regulators and permit officials.
• Work with regulators on inspections and bonding.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations on plant grounds.
