Moore Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects from conception to completion and to manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires oversight of scope, schedule, budget, and project profitability, with responsibilities spanning proposal development, staffing, and coordination with leadership to ensure quality and timely delivery. A PE license and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ability to supervise project teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversees assigned projects to ensure scope, schedule, and budget are met.
• Develops scope of work, schedule and fee for each project with Production Group Leaders.
• Develops a Project Work Plan for the project team.
• Understands client expectations and objectives for the project.
• Participates in qualification/proposal submittals and client presentations.
• Monitors projects using the financial project management system.
• Secures funding with State and Federal agencies if required.
• Applies engineering experience to assist design team in meeting project requirements.
• Answers questions and provides daily guidance to project team.
• Monitors invoices and ensures timely payment per AR policies.
• Coordinates scope, schedule, fees, profitability, billings and collections with leadership.
• Ensures adherence to company standards and project execution policies.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Collaborates with Business Development to win new work.
• Travels for project coordination as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
