Qualifications

• PE in Texas, or ability to obtain license within 12 months of hire date.
• BS in Civil Engineering (MS a plus).
• 4+ years of relevant project experience (5-8 years strongly preferred).
• Experience managing civil/site development projects.
• Experience leading the civil design efforts for public works or site development projects.
• Sound technical design background.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, and organizational skills.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of local and U.S. design codes and standards.
• Related local experience preferred.
