Granite Construction seeks a skilled professional to lead land development and entitlement efforts for aggregate reserves. You will coordinate geologists, attorneys, real estate professionals and engineers to secure permits and land use rights for future projects and plant operations.
The role requires a degree in a related field, 0–4 years of experience, and strong analytical, financial, and communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
This position is responsible for land identification, property investigation, project justification, contract negotiation, permitting, and entitlement for assigned resource development projects. Responsibilities also include facilitating multidisciplinary teams such as geologists, attorneys, cultural resource professionals and various consultants while pursuing and securing aggregate reserves.

Base Salary Range: $82,539.00 - $123,809.00. Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
