Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Land Entitlement Manager to drive projects through entitlement, coordinating with internal teams and local governments. You will lead meetings, manage consultants, and oversee permits, costs, and scheduling to keep neighborhoods on track.

Responsibilities

• Advance projects through entitlement stage after LIC approval.
• Coordinate with internal teams, local governments, and consultants to design, approve and permit neighborhoods.
• Attend meetings with sales, purchasing, production and architecture to align planning assumptions.
• Manage external consultants and record deeds, easements, and HOAs.
• Evaluate project costs and participate in development budgeting.
