Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Land Development Associate to support the development team in coordinating construction activities and budgets. You will help update project schedules, review plans, geotechnical reports, and environmental studies while coordinating with contractors on RFQs and contract exhibits.

In this role, you’ll assist with scopes of work, review budgets, and process invoices, all while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, Adobe and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Land Development team in managing site construction activities.
• Update project schedules and coordinate RFQs and contract exhibits.
• Review site plans, geotechnical reports and environmental studies.
• Assist with takeoffs for feasibility estimates and budget tracking.
• Support inspections, bond releases, and turnover to HOA with professionalism.
