Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Land Development Associate to support the Land Development team in managing site construction activities and budgets. You will help update schedules, coordinate RFQs with contractors, and review site plans and technical reports to keep projects on track.

You will perform feasibility takeoffs, assist with inspections and bond releases, and help turnover amenities to HOAs while representing the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Land Development team in managing site construction activities.
• Update project schedules and coordinate with contractors for RFQs and contract exhibits.
• Review site plans, geotechnical reports, and environmental studies.
• Perform takeoffs for feasibility estimates and support inspections and bond releases.
• Coordinate turnover of amenities to Homeowners Associations and represent the company professionally.
