Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Land Development Associate to support site construction, schedule updates, and coordination with contractors for RFQs and contract exhibits.

You will help develop scopes of work, review contracts, process invoices, and review site plans, geotechnical reports, and environmental studies to ensure projects stay on track and on budget.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Land Development team in managing site construction activities.
• Update project schedules and coordinate with contractors for RFQs and contract exhibits.
• Develop scopes of work, review contracts, and process check requests and invoices.
• Review site plans, geotechnical reports, and environmental studies; perform feasibility takeoffs.
• Support inspections and bond release activities to close out projects.
• Coordinate turnover of amenities to Homeowners Associations.
