Job summary

PureWest Energy, LLC seeks a Sr. Land and Division Order Analyst to manage complex land and division order activities for operated and non-operated assets. You will interpret title documents, maintain ownership decks, and ensure SOX compliance across teams.

Requirements include 10+ years in U.S. land work, Division Orders experience, and strong Excel/Power BI skills. Denver-area role with annual bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in U.S. land work.
• Experience in Division Orders and Lease Analyst roles.
• Strong understanding of Land and Accounting databases.
• Familiarity with BOLO software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze title opinions, conveyances, leases and other land documents to determine ownership.
• Maintain WI/NRI, Revenue and JIB ownership records for assets.
• Process ownership transfers and changes.
• Support SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Land, Accounting, Legal and Production teams.
