Job summary

PureWest Energy, LLC seeks a Sr. Land and Division Order Analyst in Denver, CO. The role handles complex land and division order activities, title interpretation, and ownership accuracy across operated and non-operated assets.

The incumbent will collaborate with Land, Accounting, Legal, and Production teams to ensure timely revenue distribution, compliance, and data integrity. 10+ years in U.S. land work highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, experience in U.S. land work.
• 10+ years in land, division orders, lease analysis.
• Strong understanding of Land and Accounting databases.
• GIS and mapping systems experience a plus.
• Experience with BOLO software desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze title opinions, conveyances, leases and other land docs to determine ownership.
• Maintain WI/NRI, Revenue and JIB ownership records for operated and non-operated properties.
• Process ownership transfers, name changes, mergers, and other ownership changes.
• Coordinate with Landmen and attorneys to resolve title defects and curative requirements.
• Support SOX compliance and audit readiness through ownership integrity.
