ADP, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Land and Division Order Analyst in Denver, CO, to manage complex land and division order activities, ensure ownership accuracy, and support SOX/compliance.

The role partners with Land, Accounting, Legal, Regulatory, and Production teams to verify title, ownership, and revenue distribution. Responsibilities include maintaining ownership decks, processing transfers, and assisting audit requests, while leveraging tools like BOLO, GIS, and Power BI to deliver timely

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience 10+ years in U.S. land work.
• Experience in Division Orders and Lease Analyst roles.
• Strong understanding of Land and Accounting databases.
• GIS/mapping system experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with BOLO software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze title opinions, conveyances, assignments, leases, and land documents to determine ownership.
• Maintain WI/NRI, Revenue, and JIB ownership records for properties.
• Prepare and update Revenue and JIB ownership decks in BOLO.
• Establish estimated NRI/JIB ownership for new wells and cost centers.
• Process ownership transfers, conveyances, name changes, mergers, and other changes.
• Resolve title defects and communicate with revenue owners about ownership and payments.
