PureWest Resources Inc. is seeking a Sr. Land and Division Order Analyst in Denver, CO. You will manage complex land and division order activities for operated and non-operated assets, interpret title documents, and ensure ownership accuracy across departments.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel skills, and experience with BOLO, Power BI, GIS, and land databases. Exempt, onsite position with salary range $120,000–$140,000 and a 20% annual bonus potential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in U.S. land work.
• Experience in Division Orders and Lease Analyst roles.
• Strong understanding of Land and Accounting databases.
• GIS and mapping systems experience beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze title opinions, conveyances, leases, and other land documents to determine ownership.
• Maintain WI/NRI, Revenue, and JIB ownership records for properties.
• Prepare, update, and maintain ownership decks in BOLO.
• Process ownership transfers and other ownership changes.
• Collaborate with Landmen, attorneys, and Accounting to ensure ownership accuracy.
