Job summary

Tim Lewis Communities in Northern California seeks a Forward Planning Vertical Project Manager to coordinate information for start-up of new residential communities. You will manage multiple departments to meet milestone dates, overseeing architectural design, city approvals, consultant coordination, and starts for first construction.

You will lead a team of consultants, plan submissions for master plans, and drive early project phases from planning through permits, ensuring on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Coordinate information from multiple departments to meet milestone dates.
• Lead consultants through architectural design and city approvals.
• Manage weekly schedules for multiple developments.
• Analyze site data and due diligence to anticipate obstacles.
• Coordinate submittals to municipalities for permits.
• Travel to jobsites as required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between departments to meet milestone dates from approvals to start.
• Work with land development, purchasing, sales, marketing, and construction teams to meet timelines.
• Direct consultants through design review and city approvals to completion.
• Maintain weekly project schedules across multiple communities.
• Ensure accurate submittals and permit readiness with municipalities.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
