Job summary

Tim Lewis Communities in Northern California seeks a Forward Planning Vertical Project Manager to coordinate information for the start-up of new residential communities. You will lead cross‑functional efforts across land development, purchasing, sales, marketing and construction to hit milestone dates and drive timely starts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, plus 3+ years of residential construction PM experience, CAD knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of residential construction project management experience minimum.
• Architectural plan knowledge required; CAD program experience required; Architectural design skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between departments to coordinate and manage information to meet milestone dates.
• Work with land development, purchasing, sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure timelines.
• Coordinate and direct consultants through architectural plan development, city approvals, and permits.
• Manage weekly project schedules from small developments to master planned communities.
• Analyze site data and due diligence to anticipate and resolve obstacles during construction.
• Facilitate starts with construction and prepare for first building permit.
