Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to lead development projects, manage vendors and contractors, and ensure timely infrastructure installation for new communities.

The role requires coordinating with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver finished lots ready for home construction. Ideal candidates have an associate degree (or equivalent) with civil construction experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel as needed to project

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; three years of civil construction/landscape experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Review civil plans and specs to deliver finished lots.
• Oversee infrastructure installs and lot preparation.
• Coordinate with officials, engineers, and contractors.
• Track milestones and report delays.
• Ensure compliance with codes and company policy.
• Willingness to travel overnight.
