Job summary

Brookfield Residential in San Ramon, CA is seeking a Development Coordinator (Land Operations) to support contracts, bidding and coordination with city and utility providers across land development projects.

You will assist Land Team with document creation, invoices, CFD reimbursements, cost tracking, and reporting, while collaborating with project managers, consultants, and builders to ensure timely approvals and turnover.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in land development, residential homebuilding, or construction purchasing.
• Professional business, engineering, urban planning, and/or college degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and extreme organization skills while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Land Team by preparing master contract documents, addendums and change orders for consulting and construction contracts.
• Notify Land Team when budgets require revisions or adjustments.
• Facilitate timely payments; liaison between vendors and accounting for billing and contracts.
• Interact with contractors, consultants and other project team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow up with vendors to obtain necessary information and ensure completion of tasks.
• Review invoices for accuracy and support Land Team approvals.
• Assist in preparing CFD and non-CFD bid documents and bid tabulations in Excel.
