K. Hovnanian is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager in Savannah, GA to help ensure an adequate land supply for development and growth.

You will present land deals to senior leadership and collaborate with brokers, landowners, engineers, and municipal officials to identify viable opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in land acquisition, strong negotiation and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license.

Competenze

• Minimum of 4 years' related experience in Land Acquisition.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses and market analyses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication skills are necessary.
• Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
