NVR, Inc. is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager to identify, assess, and secure land purchase locations for our communities. You will work autonomously to negotiate acquisitions, perform land use and financial analyses, and participate in due diligence including concept land planning and title analysis.
The role requires experience in land acquisition, understanding of zoning and local markets, and collaboration with marketing and production teams to optimize site development.
As a Land Acquisition Manager, you will work with our industry-leading home building team to identify, assess, and secure prime land purchase locations for our communities. Our Land Acquisition Managerswork autonomously to negotiate land acquisitions, perform sophisticated land use and financial analysis, and negotiate purchase agreements. Theyalso participate in due diligence, includingconcept land planning, environmental, utility system, and title analysis.Those who are deal-oriented and understand the dynamics and challenges of the local land market in the current real estate climate will be challenged and feel rewarded in this role. Your ability to demonstrate an understanding of strategies to take advantage of current trends and adjust acquisition efforts accordingly will make you successful!
