Job summary

DRB Homes is seeking a skilled land acquisition professional to execute our division's land strategy and secure new opportunities. The role involves identifying viable parcels, negotiating acquisitions, and maintaining strong relationships with landowners, developers, brokers, and officials to support project pipelines.

You will collaborate with Entitlements to coordinate engineers, planners, architects, and contractors through due diligence, annexation, zoning, and regulatory approvals,

Qualifications

• Experience executing division land acquisition strategies and coordinating with Entitlements teams.
• Ability to analyze land development proformas and identify viable opportunities.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with landowners, developers, brokers and officials.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for land and lot acquisition.
• Negotiate and acquire land and lots to meet company goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with land developers and brokers/sellers.
• Analyze land development proformas and draft LOIs.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts for targeted acquisitions.
• Maintain reports, target dates, and market analyses.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners and contractors during underwriting and due diligence.
