Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Minimum 7 years experience in homebuilding with land & entitlement focus.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive results through others.
• Strong planning ability across 1–5 year horizons.
• Excellent interpersonal, tactful communication and diplomacy.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify land and lot acquisition opportunities and manage acquisitions.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, architects, and contractors.
• Oversee land development budgets, schedules, and compliance.
• Lead entitlement processes and regulatory approvals.
• Maintain reports, target dates, and market analyses.
