You will identify high-value opportunities, negotiate with landowners and builders, and guide due diligence from feasibility to development, collaborating with legal, finance, and executive teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in land acquisition or real estate with leadership.
• Strong understanding of land use planning, zoning, entitlements, and permitting processes.
• Proven track record of successful land negotiations and acquisitions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the land acquisition strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value land opportunities through relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and municipal partners.
• Negotiate lot sales and maintain relationships with home builders (customers).
• Oversee market research including employment trends, demographic shifts, competitive analysis, and regional sales performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Land Acquisition team and coordinate with development, finance, and executive teams.
