Ideal candidates have a university degree or equivalent and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify land suitable for acquisition and development through market research.
• Develop network of local developers, builders, brokers, and land owners.
• Follow local municipalities to monitor growth corridors and regulations.
• Determine land values through market research and financial analysis.
• Negotiate price/terms with land sellers and coordinate with internal attorneys.
