This full-time role focuses on shaping proactive labor-relations strategies and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in labor relations or HR, strong knowledge of collective bargaining, contract administration, and the ability to advise executives in fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience in labor relations, HR, or equivalent field.
• Strong knowledge of collective bargaining, grievance processes, and contract administration.
• Familiar with major employment and labor laws (ADA, FMLA, NLRA, Taft-Hartley).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience executing programs at scale.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work independently and across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic labor relations advisor to senior leadership.
• Partner with HR, Production, Commercial, Legal, and Compliance.
• Develop and implement proactive and reactive labor relations strategies.
• Advise management on labor matters and compliance.
• Strengthen labor-management relationships.
• Navigate complex situations and provide practical recommendations.
