NetJets is seeking a Labor Relations Analyst to partner with Legal, Finance, BI&A, and executives to analyze company trends in contractual compliance across CBAs and to benchmark industry bargaining practices. The role includes evaluating compensation trends and benefits opportunities while delivering insights to drive better business decisions.

The position requires 4–6 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Aviation Management or Data Analysis, and advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data

Formación

• Bachelor's in Aviation Management or Data Analysis.
• 4–6 years of experience in labor relations or data analytics.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with CBAs and internal policies; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsabilidades

• Works independently with little supervision.
• Design, develop, and deliver customized reports and dashboards to monitor contract compliance across bargaining units.
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting requests and long-term projects for Labor, Legal, and executive leadership.
• Recommend improvements to Labor Relations and support cross-team initiatives.
• Translate analyses into data-driven insights and adapt tools to meet business needs.
