Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to support annual lab equipment capex plans and optimize supplier contracts. You will negotiate quotes, manage supplier relationships, and lead a sourcing team to drive cost savings while ensuring compliance with GxP in regulated environments.

This on-site role in the Boston area requires collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and travel up to 25% to support customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement.
• Experience working with laboratory equipment.
• Knowledge of GxP and data integrity requirements in regulated environments.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide equipment requestors through the purchasing process.
• Negotiate equipment quotes with suppliers within SLAs and track pricing against agreements.
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers and implement KPIs.
• Lead the sourcing team and oversee PO processes and SOPs for external providers.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier consolidation to maximize value.
