Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Generalist, Manufacturing Learning Business Partner for the West Hershey Plant. You will design modern digital training assets and connect plant priorities with the Lean Manufacturing COE to advance learning and development across the site.

Leading the Skills implementation in Augmentir, you will apply change management and performance consulting to improve efficiency and the employee experience, while ensuring compliance with plant rules and policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of instructional design, learning and development, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field; master's preferred.
• Experience designing training using Manufacturing/TWI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement learning programs using the Training Within Industry (TWI) methods.
• Lead the West Hershey Skills implementation within the Augmentir Connected Worker platform.
• Create engaging digital training content, including video, photography, eLearning, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with plant and corporate stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
