Job summary

Leidos Defense is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to support the Indo-Pacific Logistics Support 2 (ILS2) Program. You will develop and maintain knowledge management SOPs, repositories, and workflows to enable efficient information sharing across dispersed teams.

The role emphasizes Microsoft 365/SharePoint support, data tagging, taxonomy, and content governance to improve accessibility and decision-making. A Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting knowledge management, content management, business process improvement, information management, or technical documentation functions.
• Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration environments.
• Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, user guides, training materials, and other knowledge products.
• Experience gathering and analyzing customer requirements and translating requirements into practical knowledge management or business process solutions.
• Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain knowledge management processes, procedures, tools, and repositories supporting ILS2 program operations.
• Support the Leidos KM team in implementing and maintaining Microsoft 365, SharePoint-based knowledge management, and collaboration environments for secure information sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain structured knowledge repositories containing after-action reports (AARs), SOPs, operational data, lessons learned, and other mission information.
• Gather and analyze requirements from customers, program leadership, functional leads, and SMEs to identify knowledge management needs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, user guides, quick-reference materials, templates, and other knowledge products.
• Develop and implement structured workflows and automation to streamline tasking, approvals, information dissemination, and other business processes.
• Support the development of analytics-driven knowledge management products and workflows for decision advantage and COP activities.
• Organize and maintain program data through tagging, metadata, search optimization, taxonomy, and content governance.
• Administer and support SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, forms, permissions, metadata, and content structures.
