Job summary

Tharros seeks a Knowledge Manager to support a government client with SETA expertise in cyber acquisition and program management, focusing on PPBE processes and J8 knowledge repositories.

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, a Bachelor's degree, and at least five years of related experience. You will manage document libraries, routing, and workflows across USCYBERCOM interfaces and DoD coordination.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Task Management Systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams.
• Ability to manage knowledge repositories and PPBE workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain authoritative repositories and knowledge-management systems supporting J8 PPBE activities.
• Manage routing, staffing, and workflow processes for PPBE-related submissions (POM, BES, reclamas, strategic guidance, and program artifacts).
• Maintain version-controlled artifacts and authoritative records for program and budget documentation (Program Budget Review docs, Program Budget Decisions, PMMs, memos).
• Support integration of planning timelines across J8 Directorate, USCYBERCOM staff, and external stakeholders by maintaining schedules and trackers.
• Maintain strategic document repositories, USCYBERCOM coordination artifacts, and Pentagon coordination documentation.
• Provide administrative assistance per FAR 37.2 (A&AS) to sustain day-to-day business practices (documentation management, workflow support, knowledge continuity).
