Job summary

The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC seeks a Senior Program Analyst (Knowledge Manager) to provide USCYBERCOM SETA support, applying cyber acquisition and program management expertise to bolster command-wide programs and operations.

The role requires managing cost analyses, PPBE-aligned budgeting actions, and data-driven reporting using Microsoft 365 tools including Power BI. TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is expected for handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Program Analyst, Program Management Analyst, or a similar role.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to evaluate IT investment data and ensure alignment with DoW CIO and USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Power BI and data-visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders and develop cost estimates, assumptions, models and conduct cost analysis for POM or comparable documents.
• Define scope of affordability research and cost-benefit analyses and develop reports with actionable recommendations.
• Conduct econometrics and valuation determinations of planned resources and write white papers detailing findings.
