Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a Knowledge Management Lead to drive strategy, adoption, and governance of legal technologies. You will collaborate with KM, IT, Data & AI, L&D, Library, Marketing, HR, and other teams to advance technology strategy and knowledge sharing.

The role emphasizes managing complex initiatives, stakeholder engagement, training, and change management across the firm. Hybrid work model in Illinois; compensation includes bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years in technology solutions, product/project management, or knowledge management.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional technology projects.
• Experience with multiple concurrent projects and competing deadlines.
• Experience using project/product management platforms to plan, track, report.

Responsibilities

• Support KM leadership in product roadmaps and strategic objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional tech projects including configurations, implementations, and upgrades.
• Administer and support relevant legal technologies and coordinate with teams and vendors.
• Improve KM processes, governance, workflows, and best practices for efficiency.
