Qualifications

• J.D. degree required and bar admission.
• Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in employment litigation and/or knowledge management.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience leading a team or large cross‑departmental projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead knowledge management, practice enablement, legal operations, or related initiatives.
• Experience developing or overseeing legal content, model documents, or workflow tools for practicing attorneys.
• Familiarity with legal technology, enterprise search, document automation, or AI tools for legal services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KM team and develop a firmwide knowledge strategy.
• Collaborate with National Practice Heads and Industry Leaders to align KM efforts with goals.
• Standardize work product and improve matter execution.
• Develop and govern knowledge libraries, precedents, and playbooks.
• Promote adoption of new technologies and AI-enabled knowledge delivery.
• Provide governance and quality control for knowledge resources.
