The Program Manager, Key Accounts at WM, based in the Lodi area, leads high-level service for government and large accounts with travel across northern CA and Reno, NV. The role emphasizes relationship management, retention, and coordinating solutions to meet customer needs.

You will conduct site visits, manage complex accounts, handle bid work, and ensure satisfaction while working from WM's area office in Lodi and traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Requires US work authorization and residence
• Two years of relationship management experience in environmental, waste or related service industry
• Prior administrative or support role experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to large accounts and manage highly transactional accounts
• Handle bid work and coordinate solution proposals
• Conduct site visits and waste audits; address safety concerns
• Establish and maintain high customer satisfaction; resolve unique issues
• Propose compliant customer solutions and update service agreements
• Utilize WM sales productivity software tools to manage prospects and customers
