Job summary

Mark VII is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee installations and special projects across multiple customer units from Raleigh, NC. You will be the main project management contact, coordinating site surveys, subcontractors, permitting, and installation timelines while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will work with engineering for drawings, provide quotes, and ensure timely execution, billing, and customer updates, building long-term partnerships in the industry.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in construction management or related field.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Car wash equipment knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary project manager for multiple business units.
• Coordinate site surveys, subcontractors, permitting and engineering timelines.
• Provide quotes and order entry; manage subcontractor quotes and install coordination.
• Ensure timely installs, resolve punch lists, and finalize billing.
