Job summary

Mark VII Equipment seeks a Key Account Manager to oversee installations and special projects across multiple customer units, coordinating site surveys, subcontractors, permitting, engineering, and installation timelines to ensure a timely, seamless customer experience.

You will serve as the primary project management contact, build relationships with customers and industry partners, and translate client requirements into actionable plans with the Product Manager and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in construction management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Project management experience or installing car wash equipment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of automotive equipment concepts and industry.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and maintains knowledge on reloads, NTIs, special projects for each unit.
• Serves as primary project manager contact for multiple units and customer advocate.
• Interfaces with field and office personnel, representing Mark VII professionally.
• Manages relationships with distributors, subcontractors and manufacturers.
• Conducts site surveys and provides quotes to customers.
• Coordinates with Install Management, Shipping and Site teams.
• Ensures timely installations, handles punch lists and final billing.
• Communicates install timing, challenges and opportunities to customers.
• Gathers client requirements and supports management with Product/Engineering teams.
