Job summary

11400Inc. in North Carolina seeks a Project Manager with commercial construction experience to join our operations team. The role manages kitchen projects from submittals through procurement, installation and closeout, coordinating with general contractors, vendors, and internal staff.

This position may be office-based in Charlotte, NC or remote within the NC office territory. Regular travel across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia is expected as we

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines and commitments.
• Maintain timely and effective communication with general contractors, design teams, vendors, subcontractors, and internal project team members.
• Organize, review, and manage construction documents, equipment submittals, shop drawings, and project correspondence.
• Track project schedules, procurement requirements, change orders, RFIs, ASIs, and other project-related documentation.
• Review project requirements and proactively identify coordination issues before they impact fabrication, delivery, or installation.
• Visit project sites and attend construction meetings as necessary.
• Oversee equipment procurement, fabrication, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate equipment installation with general contractors, subcontractors, and associated trades.
• Assist with field coordination, installation readiness, punch list completion, and project closeout.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively communicate issues, risks, and required decisions.
• Look for opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
