Responsibilities

• Manage over 100 of Uline’s largest and most complex customer accounts to shape sales strategy across North American locations.
• Deliver effective product solutions and pricing recommendations to support customer needs and business objectives.
• Assist customers with eProcurement and eInvoicing implementations.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings with leadership to review performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, Uline’s regional locations and corporate teams.
