Job summary

Nordson Corporation, a global leader in packaging solutions, seeks a Senior Strategic Account Manager for the Nordson IPS Packaging Division (Americas). The role focuses on developing strategic initiatives within selected Key Accounts, building executive relationships, and driving profitable revenue growth through the North America market.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align product and process standards, while navigating pricing and platform strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or 4 additional years of experience.
Minimum 5 years in sales, marketing, product management or business development.
Experience specifying dispensing equipment to solve problems and create a value proposition.
Experience with CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce or C4C.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic initiatives within assigned Key Accounts in Nordson IPS Packaging (Americas).
Strategize, blueprint, implement and manage growth plans for TOP Customers/Key Accounts.
Identify and build relationships with influential decision-makers across account teams.
Negotiate and deliver corporate partnerships including pricing and standard platforms.
Coordinate annual pricing platforms and manage capital project structures from inception to installation.
