Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Key Account Specialist II to manage complex customer accounts within the Home Delivery division. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, resolve escalated service issues, and drive operational excellence to maximize customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong transportation operations knowledge, prior account management experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, transportation, or account management.
• Experience supporting key customer relationships preferred.
• Experience with CargoWise or similar TMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned key accounts and SLAs.
• Monitor transportation performance across modes and resolve issues.
• Generate customer performance reports and KPIs for management.
• Support account development and onboarding of new business.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
