Staples Furniture seeks an experienced account professional to manage strategic accounts across a national footprint. You will drive growth, lead executive-level conversations, and coordinate site visits to close deals and introduce new solutions.

Responsibilities include stewarding high-value relationships, developing value-added offerings with internal teams, and guiding growth strategies for complex, high-touch accounts.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of B2B selling experience with Contract Furniture.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Manage strategic accounts with regional to national footprints and drive growth.
• Lead weekly Customer Ownership Team calls with support members.
• Visit customer locations to close furniture deals and propose solutions.
• Identify and resolve account weaknesses with value-added solutions.
• Coordinate responses to high-priority account requests, including site visits.
• Support administrative work through Customer Success Consultants.
• Communicate with C‑level executives, partners, and internal teams.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for complex accounts.
