Job summary

Fisher Investments in Plano, TX, seeks an ITSM Change & Release Manager to lead our change governance. You will own frameworks, policies, and KPIs, ensuring changes are delivered safely, on time, with minimal disruption.

You will chair CABs, oversee release calendars, and partner with ITSM tool admins to drive dashboards and reporting. Strong ITIL knowledge and CAB leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ITSM focused on Change and Release Management.
• Strong ITIL v4/v3 knowledge; ITIL certification preferred.
• Experience maturing ITSM practices in a multi-platform environment.
• Proven CAB leadership and enterprise-scale release management.
• Familiar with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven with ability to translate metrics into improvements.
• Experience with risk, compliance, and audit in IT ops.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and continuously improve ITSM Change and Release frameworks, policies, and KPIs.
• Ensure changes meet governance, risk, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Chair CAB meetings for effective decision-making and alignment.
• Oversee release calendars, dependencies, and readiness reviews.
• Establish best practices for assessing change risk and rollback strategies.
• Partner with ITSM tool admins to improve workflows, dashboards, reporting.
• Define and track KPIs like change success rate and MTTR.
• Be primary contact for change and release management across IT and vendors.
• Identify bottlenecks, analyze trends, and implement process improvements.
