Job summary

Fisher Investments in Tampa/Boca Raton area seeks an ITSM Change & Release Manager – Practice Owner to lead change governance. You will own frameworks, policies, and processes ensuring safe, timely changes with minimal disruption to services and business continuity.

You will drive improvements, report quarterly KPIs, chair CABs, and partner with IT teams to enhance workflows and dashboards. This in-office role offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management, focused on Change & Release Management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 (or v3) principles; ITIL certification preferred.
• Experience maturing ITSM practices in complex, multi-platform environments.
• Experience leading CABs and enterprise-scale release cycles.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and improve ITSM Change and Release Management frameworks, policies, and KPIs.
• Ensure changes follow governance, risk, and compliance requirements, including audit readiness.
• Chair and facilitate CAB meetings and align stakeholders.
• Oversee release calendars, dependencies, and readiness reviews.
• Define risk, impact, and rollback assessment practices.
• Partner with ITSM tool admins to improve workflows and dashboards.
• Define and track KPIs like change success rate and MTTR.
• Be the primary contact for change and release across IT, departments, and vendors.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process enhancements for agility and stability.
