Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT Change Management leader in the United States to own and drive ITIL-aligned change control and release governance. You will chair the Change Control Board, oversee cross-team releases across apps, infrastructure, and cloud, and partner with DevOps to align CI/CD with governance.

You will monitor risk, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and produce executive reporting while maturing the organization's delivery from reactive to proactive change

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in IT Change Management, Release Management, or Service Management roles.
• Deep practical experience with ITIL-aligned change control and Change Control Boards.
• Strong hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for changes, releases, workflows, and reporting.
• Proven experience coordinating complex, cross-team releases in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the enterprise Change Management process aligned to ITIL best practices.
• Chair and coordinate the Change Control Board, including preparation, agenda management, risk reviews, and decision tracking.
• Define and maintain the release management framework, release calendars, bundling strategies, and go-live governance.
• Coordinate cross-team releases spanning applications, infrastructure, cloud, security, and data platforms.
• Partner with DevOps and Engineering to align CI/CD pipelines with release governance.
