Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT vendor relationships and procurement activities.
• Ability to develop vendor scorecards and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to meet cost and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the list of preferred vendors and monitor vendor landscape.
• Develop onboarding, training, and offboarding processes for vendors.
• Collaborate with IT and business ops to meet vendor performance requirements.
• Develop vendor scorecards and monitor performance vs SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure due diligence, risk assessment, and ongoing vendor monitoring are performed.
• Lead vendor dispute resolution and escalation when needed.
• Manage license compliance and license management processes.
• Coordinate vendor selection through RFP processes with stakeholders.
• Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and incentives with vendors.
• Lead renewal processes ensuring value and right-sizing of environments.
