This role will help reshape the IT infrastructure and operations. This IT organization is going through a major transformation, and the Manager will be an integral part of all aspects of the procurement process, including market intelligence, sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate the best possible price for commodities
• Develop procedures and policies to manage compliance
• Partner with leadership to manage savings against goals
• Manage new vendor account setup and maintain vendor relationships
• Monitor market trends to reduce risk
• Develop processes for the source-to-payment strategy

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of purchasing experience
• At least 3 years involving IT sourcing
• Intermediate MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus
• Travel less than 30%, including international travel
