Job summary

FedEx Group is seeking an IT Contract Management professional to support the project lead with the organization's strategic plans. The ITCM team manages enterprise IT hardware, software, and cloud vendor contracts, handling acquisition, invoicing, reporting, and vendor licensing as SME for the contracts.

This hybrid position requires living within commutable distance of Memphis, TN; Plano, TX; or Pittsburgh, PA, with on-site work several times per week at FedEx offices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of purchasing processes and vendor management in IT.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of all purchasing agreements for assigned Vendors, meeting deadlines.
• Maintain strong relationships with Vendors for effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor vendors and agreements to ensure adherence to terms and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and maintain reporting on contract status and vendor relationships.
• Identify demand for products and services from stakeholders.
• Assist in development of business cases and financial analyses.
• Conduct external research and quantitative analysis as required.
• Coordinate communications with internal and external partners and ensure deliverables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
