Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, including drafting, redlining, evaluating, and negotiating high-value SOWs, MSAs, amendments, and contract renewals.
• Ensure that business prioritization, resource feasibility, and initial funding approvals are aligned internally.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement, IT and business owners to ensure contract structures, delivery timelines, and SLAs protect value.
• Monitor vendor compliance against contractual obligations and milestones across multiple projects.
