Identifies risks and develops contingency plans.
Translates business needs into technology requirements.
Develops project proposals, plans, budgets, schedules, and financial justifications.
Leads cross-functional teams across OPCOs and third-party providers.
Prepares decision analysis and reports for management.
Ensures program objectives are met.
